  • Training will explore the various major life areas and how to achieve work-life balance

  • Participants will learn a variety of healthy coping techniques and how to minimize harmful effects of stress

  • Participants will develop a self-care plan to increase wellness

  • Participants understand the importance of work life balance in achieving career goals and helping the workplace increase productivity, innovation and success

Self-Compassion, Owning Your Personal Power

Objectives

  • Gaining understanding of self-compassion and how it impacts relationships, goals and happiness

  • Complete self-assessment to understand individual levels of self- compassion

  • Learn five skills to increase self-compassion

  • Understand the importance of self-compassion in relation to achieving goals

Is Your Mind Full or Are You Mindful

Objectives

  • Participants will learn about the body’s stress response and how it escalates during stressful situations

  • Participants will learn breathing techniques to induce the parasympathetic nervous system to relax and help with emotional self-regulation

  • Understand how to apply several mindfulness techniques to stay calm and present in distressful situations

  • Learn to intentionally focus attention and self-regulate bringing in calmness and healthy coping

  • Learn how to establish regular daily mindfulness practices to increase well-being and workplace productivity by slowing down to achieve more

Change your Thoughts, Change Your Life

Objectives

  • Participants will learn the difference between automatic thoughts that are not useful and depleting as well as those that are helpful and nurturing and identify the progression of thought patterns to assist in improving thought processes

  • Learn to reframe thoughts and increase positive thinking patterns to create more optimism

  • Understand neuroscience behind the power of positive mental attitude in coping with stressful situations and reducing the harmful effects of stress in the body

  • Be able to manage motivation using goal-setting and positive outcomes

  • Know how to utilize visualization techniques and how to create positive changes

  • Learn to trust your Inner Wisdom to help guide you to reach your goals and find life balance

Balanced Living for Joy and Success

Objectives 

  • Participants will understand how healthy eating habits impact stress levels

  • Incorporate simple daily routines to increase wellness

  • Learn benefits of disconnecting to develop   good sleeping patterns to help clients reduce stress and feel more focused and energetic

  • Learn basic stretching exercises to feel better physical]y

  • Understand how to prioritize responsibilities and values to reduce overwhelm and achieve goals

  • Learn about time management and how to declutter to reduce stress and bring balance

True Transformation, Bringing it all Together

Objectives

  • Participants review major components of the previous training modules

  • Gain an understanding of resilience and managing energy productively

  • Gaining understanding of how to separate from stressful events and observe situations from a neutral position

  • Learn how to stay focused and passionate about life goals

  • Understand how to move in the direction of dreams and live a life of joy

  • Learn how to persevere through the rough spots and continue pursuing moving in the right direction
