Get ready to relax and unwind while learning some fresh new strategies to take care of yourself in a holistic way. Truth be told, it’s been a really exhausting time and if you’re feeling burnt out or on the edge of it, you are far from alone.
There aren’t enough pedi’s and massages to heal all of the depletion of energy alone, but we are here to help! It’s time to take a day and reconnect with yourself and your vision, time to renew your energy and time to focus on balancing your workplace and personal priorities. You’ll walk away feeling re-grounded, re-energized and supported. You’ll have clarity and know the next steps to take, for what you choose to do differently, to add or eliminate, at home or work over the next 30 days, to increase your energy and feel better physically and emotionally.
This day will unlock your creativity anchored in connection and inspiration. During the day, you’ll glean from experts with backgrounds in life coaching, counseling, yoga, nutrition and motivation.
Sessions will cover life balance, how to treat yourself as you treat others, reducing physical stress by stretching and self-massage, fun ways to increase nutrition, powerful visualization, mindfulness, tapping into your creative side, training your brain towards positive thinking, and even more! These techniques will help you first and foremost and can also be taught to family and clients which in turn, can help your energy levels- when those around you have healthy coping too!
What is Included
We will have a lot of stretching, stress management, and self-massage. You will hear from multiple presenters, have Q & A time and participate in beneficial activities. A light balanced snack will be provided in the afternoon.
Who Should Attend?
This special day is for all who want to learn more about how to manage stress and center themselves.
Nourishment
You’ll enjoy an afternoon snack and have time for lunch on your own. You are welcome to bring additional hydration and nourishment.
Extra Indulgence and Care
Come early and enjoy a yoga session for no additional fee.
Health and Safety
We will follow recommendations for health and safety standards set forth by the state and local health officials. Inner Wisdom Wellness follows national trends, CDC guidelines and local and state health officials to stay up to date on the most current Covid-19 guidelines for health and safety. Our room is very spacious.

The Worthington of Logan Boutique Hotel is situated directly across the street for your convenience. Mention our retreat for a discount on accommodations. Also close by are the Holiday Inn and Baymont. Additionally, there are numerous cabins in the area. This is the most beautiful time of year for your visit in the Hocking Hills.

If you can’t attend for some reason, you may transfer your ticket to another upcoming event or transfer to another attendee.
Should health restrictions increase, the event may be provided online or rescheduled when the restrictions are lifted.
