Journey into Yoga

Have you been busy getting the school year started, juggling schedules, extra-curricular activities and car pools? Or perhaps working extra hours and taking care of others, barely able to keep your head above the water it seems? 

Do you sometimes daydream about a day away from all the hustle and bustle to relax, get re-centered and calm your mind?  Well, if so, we have got a treat for you.

Come, and bring a friend if you like, to take a mental and physical break for an energizing day of mindfulness and yoga!  This is the perfect opportunity to take a little breather from your daily to do list and focus solely on yours truly.  You’ll connect with like-minded people and let the stress melt away.

Our day will provide you with a deeper understanding of all that yoga includes which is so much more than meets the eye, along with understanding its many benefits.  You’ll get a taste of how energy and chakras work and learn about mindfulness.  All of these are calming, centering and energizing techniques which have been used for thousands of years and for worthwhile reasons.


What is Included

We will have a lot of focusd yoga, meditation, energy and how it all benefits you.  You will hear from multiple presenters, have Q & A time and participate in beneficial activities.  A light balanced snack will be provided in the afternoon.  

Who Should Attend?
This special day is for all who want to learn more about the basics of yoga and meditation and their beneficial elements.  

Nourishment
You’ll enjoy an afternoon snack and have time for lunch on your own.  You are welcome to bring additional hydration and nourishment. 

Extra Indulgence and Care
Come early and enjoy a yoga session for no additional fee. 

Health and Safety
We will follow recommendations for health and safety standards set forth by the state and local health officials.  Inner Wisdom Wellness follows national trends, CDC guidelines and local and state health officials to stay up to date on the most current Covid-19 guidelines for health and safety. Our room is very spacious.

Need A Place to Stay?

The Worthington of Logan Boutique Hotel is situated directly across the street for your convenience. Mention our retreat for a discount on accommodations. Also close by are the Holiday Inn and Baymont.   Additionally, there are numerous cabins in the area.  This is the most beautiful time of year for your visit in the Hocking Hills.

Refunds
If you can’t attend for some reason, you may transfer your ticket to another upcoming event or transfer to another attendee. 

Should health restrictions increase, the event may be provided online or rescheduled when the restrictions are lifted.

Business Retreats
Business retreats may be considered a write-off but please check with your CPA.
